You are not what you think! Stop playing small…

Your suffering is not because “you are” what you think you are (less than, worthless, weak, powerless…), it is because you believe that what you think is the truth and it is not. You are suffering/hurting/struggling because you are not stepping into the fullness of your life, your essence. You are playing small and your inner spirit wants to soar and expand and you are believing it is not possible, so it feels like it is dying or suffocating. Set yourself free and expand your inner being….breath and let your natural energy flow into the world. You were born a bright light full of energy and then someone(s) taught you to turn down your inner light because it was inconvenient or they didn’t know and you did so for survival. Do your inner work and practice turning up your light until it becomes natural again!

Please step up and shine your light brightly for those whose light has been dimmed so they may find their way.

We are in an incredible time of our lives and the possibilities and potential are unlimited.
The universe is shifting and so are we.

Our beliefs that are not true about our world and ourselves are being exposed
and this is creating much fear and anxiety, as well as, a new awakening of consciousness.
We can’t do much about natural disasters or political uprisings, but we can take responsibility for how we show up.

Now is the time to use all this stimulation to express creatively new ideas, inventions,
thoughts and beliefs that support a loving and healthy universe. Let go of the powerless
thinking and put your attention on how you can serve for the better good of all.

What value can you bring…whether it be a product, love, compassion, medical-spiritual-physical-psychological aid,
pray for what will serve the highest good of all, create beauty, entertainment, joy, energy work…

Stay consciously creating with excitement about what is possible.

Are you attracting KIA relationships or Ferrari relationships?

Relationships show us where we need to grow.
So thank all the great teachers (the ones who caused you the most angst) in your life!

Your relationships show you where you need to grow and how you are viewing yourself.

If you stop pointing your finger at the other person and saying it is their fault you

are not happy, you will gain great knowledge about yourself.

Because the bottom line is we are responsible for creating our situations

and what shows up is a reflection of what is going on inside of us,

how we are feeling about ourselves and our world.

Stay with me here. I know most of you don’t want to hear “I’m responsible”.

Give me a minute and finish reading and then go out and see what you can create for yourself.

Let me give you an example by using the metaphor of a car:

If you’re showing up in your world feeling like a mediocre & inexpensive vehicle, like a KIA,

people will treat you as you see yourself, not of great value, but useful.

Nothing wrong with that if that is what you really want. But,

most people complain about not being treated the way they

want to be treated; “SPECIAL=LOVED”. Or they feel invisible.

If you show up like a Ferrari knowing you are interesting, fun, sporty, sexy, valuable and worthy=

others who admire and respect that will be attracted to you (friends, job offers, situations, opportunities…)

So you have to think about, what do I want to attract into my life and who am I aspiring to BE?

If you were to want to fall in love with someone like your ideal version of yourself what

characteristics/traits/skills/attitudes/values would you have?

Take time and write those out.

It is a roadmap for you to follow for your personal growth.

#1 Issue:

Loving yourself=other’s loving you.

It all starts with you and your main purpose in this life is to fall deeply in love with yourself-unconditionally.

When you love yourself you know your worth and live your truth.

Most people are trying to get other people to love them, so they will feel worthy or good enough to have, be or do what they want.

It is the other way around.

Fall in love with yourself and you will experience love & happiness everywhere.

If you use the Ferrari car as a metaphor for LOVING yourself:

You would know & treat yourself with top notch respect & love,

(aspire for excellence, take great care of your mind-body-spirit, wouldn’t sacrifice your well-being-get drunk-over eat, settle for less in work or money, you’d create great value, be grateful and loving, live in uncluttered & nurturing environments…)

You’d take special interest in what you put in and on your body

(knowledge, philosophy, beliefs, stress-worry, drugs, food, sex, thoughts, media…)

You’d be picky about who can touch your body

(watching who you spend time with neg/postive energy, sexual partners, body workers, health practitioners…)

Know your worth and what it takes to keep you at your best

(time for self improvement+mind-body-spirit, financial success- savings-security-investing, health-vital-energetic, excitement, challenges that help you grow, …)

Ask yourself:

Who do you want to become? and Start Being who you want to become as you discover it moment to moment.

It is not who you are now that determines your future…

it is the journey of who you are choosing to become now that determines your next moment on your life’s journey!

As a Ferrari, you are continuously awake/conscious and making choices

to manage the drive/your life at it’s BEST.

As a KIA driver, you fall asleep/go unconscious because the drive doesn’t demand as

much out of you, so you get comfortable at maintaining minimal effort and getting mediocre results.

You have to be vigilant in managing your life in all areas and with excitement about what you are creating!

WOW! What an adventurous drive! Follow Your Passions!

Pick a destination, map out land marks, doing your inner work along the way and go for it!

FYI: This is a life time process-the becoming, so enjoy it by staying awake!

Are You Clear & Committed In Your Life Or Are You Whining?

Are you clear & committed in your life or are you just whining your way through it?

Are you comfortable with a mediocre life or do you want an extraordinary one?

You get to choose!

People have a habit of complaining about what they don’t like about their life and not taking any new action to create something different.

Putting your attention on what’s not working for you all the time keeps you looking for and attracting what’s not working for you.

To change your issue or situation you have to change where you are putting your attention by get clear about what it is that you want to manifest and focus on getting there and not where you are at now.

If you are not clear and focused your energy is scattered and running on old habitual thinking that keeps you stuck repeating your situation over and over.

You have to change your inner programming of what you believe about yourself and your world. To change your circumstances you need to change the programming inside you to match what it is that you are wanting to create. An example is, If you believe the world and most people in it are bad and scary then you will never feel safe and secure.

Another example:

You need to examine what you believe about happiness. Are those your beliefs or someone else’s?

If you want more happiness in your life you need to get clear on what makes you happy.

You then need to start involving yourself or choosing to do, be or have what makes you happy on a daily basis.

To allow yourself happiness, you will need to change how you feel about yourself and

let go of the beliefs and thinking that have kept you from having more happiness in your life.

Those beliefs could be: I don’t deserve to be happy, I have to work hard to be happy,

I am not good enough so how could I ever be good enough to be happy, life sucks, the world is unsafe,

I’m unloveable, I’m a victim-I never get what I want…

Releasing or reprogramming these old messages that you have about yourself that are

lies is key to making the change and shifting your energy.

You have to be willing to receive and enjoy being happier. Happiness is an energy and learning to hold that level of energy for longer periods of time is key to raising your level of happiness and attracting new things into your life.

Bottom line:

The work you need to do, to change a situation or the direction of your life, is inside you.

Working harder, giving more of yourself, sacrificing yourself, worrying…etc. doesn’t change anything. In fact it makes life harder for you.

Ready to transform your life?

The time is NOW. What you do now affects the rest of your life.

Every moment is a choice and you are the director of your life.

Wake up and start making choices.
