It’s consciousness that changes the world.
A lot of people now feel the world is out of control,
so let’s get a lot of people together that recognize that and consciously
create the world we want!
We are one giant consciousness that is called humanity!
Each of us creates!!!! Choose what you want consciously, stop running your life unconsciously.

Cultural Creatives = people who look at the different beliefs in the conventual world and create new beliefs.
They are creating more sustainable beliefs than the programs we were programmed with.

There is passion in creating change and choosing!

Act as if what you intend to manifest in life is already a reality. Eliminate thoughts of conditions, limitations, or the possibility of it not manifesting. If left undisturbed in your mind and in the mind of intention simultaneously, it will germinate in the physical world.

Are you clear & committed in your life or are you just whining your way through it?
Are you comfortable with a mediocre life or do you want an extraordinary one?
You get to choose!


People have a habit of complaining about what they don’t like about their life and not taking any new action to create something different.
Putting your attention on what’s not working for you all the time keeps you looking for and attracting what’s not working for you.
To change your issue or situation you have to change where you are putting your attention by get clear about what it is that you want to manifest and focus on getting there and not where you are at now.
If you are not clear and focused your energy is scattered and running on old habitual thinking that keeps you stuck repeating your situation over and over.
You have to change your inner programming of what you believe about yourself and your world. To change your circumstances you need to change the programming inside you to match what it is that you are wanting to create. An example is, If  you believe the world and most people in it are bad and scary then you will never feel safe and secure.
Another example:
You need to examine what you believe about happiness. Are those your beliefs or someone else’s?
If you want more happiness in your life you need to get clear on what makes you happy.
You then need to start involving yourself or choosing to do, be or have what makes you happy on a daily basis.
To allow yourself happiness, you will need to change how you feel about yourself and
let go of the beliefs and thinking that have kept you from having more happiness in your life.
Those beliefs could be: I don’t deserve to be happy, I have to work hard to be happy,
I am not good enough so how could I ever be good enough to be happy, life sucks, the world is unsafe,
I’m unloveable, I’m a victim-I never get what I want…
Releasing or reprogramming these old messages that you have about yourself that are
lies is key to making the change and shifting your energy.
You have to be willing to receive and enjoy being happier.  Happiness is an energy and learning to hold that level of energy for longer periods of time is key to raising your level of happiness and attracting new things into your life.
Bottom line:
The work you need to do, to change a situation or the direction of your life, is inside you.
Working harder, giving more of yourself, sacrificing yourself, worrying…etc. doesn’t change anything. In fact it makes life harder for you.
Ready to transform your life?
The time is NOW. What you do now affects the rest of your life.
Every moment is a choice and you are the director of your life.

Happiness leads to Success, not Success Creates Happiness

I loved what I heard in an interview of Shawn Achor author of Happiness Advantage by Success Magazine owner Darren Hardy. Here are my notes.

Happiness leads to success. Our belief that success leads to happiness is backwards.
The belief that if we just work harder we will be successful doesn’t hold up to research results.
Neurological studies and Positive Psychology research shows that if we raise the brains level of positivity in the present then success rates rise and we work faster, harder and more intelligently.

Our belief system has us living a stressful and overwhelmed life, thinking this will create success which will in turn lead to our happiness. People are starting their day at work in the negative, neutral or stressed level. This old belief isn’t creating success.

People who are happy come to work full and with a positive attitude.

Happy sales people sell 90% more than other sales persons.

One of the 7 principles in the Happiness Advantage book is gratitude.
Positive people in a challenging situation look for the things that make them grateful
and look for more ways to create more meaning, a better future, and to raise their success rates.

The brain is like single processor; it has small amounts of resources for experiencing the world.
If your brain is working on negative perspectives it has no room for finding, positive solutions and experiences.
Happy people train their brain to be grateful.

Happy, successful people have social support networks, the ability to manage stress in a positive way, and are optimistic.

have positive attitude: stress is viewed as a challenge looking for ways to get over it instead of a bad thing to be avoided.

How to be a happy, successful leader

  • recruit positive people ripples out to clients, brains reap happiness advantage, perceived as more trust worthy, charismatic,  more attractive, stay longer at process, positive attitude ripples out to others, increases the chances of the sales happening. Sole entrepreneur surround yourself with positive collaborators, vendors, associates…
  • be a positive yourself small changes in attitude can ripple through your network.
  • raise you level of frequency of positive praise
    That energy spreads and raises the success level of the team. Good way to start the day.
  • prioritize happiness in the present; make happiness a priority in your life and in your business.
    Make time for social investment, personal refueling in nature, meditation, exercise and self expression (music, art, dance…).
  • create social support network.; invest in more social networking when stressed vs thinking that you need to buckle down or put your nose to the grind stone, isolating and thinking negative judgments which creates more stress and you end up alone, unhappy and unsuccessful.

A Yale study showed that a positive and engaged work force is more successful than the number of years of collective experience and intelligence of the team.

  • focus on praising the process as well as the outcome. Studies show if you just praise outcome and not the process their sense of self worth to the whole is lowered and they are not happy.

Shawn shared valuable information that all of us can use whether we are part of a team or a sole entrepreneur.
What you believe and how you feel affect how people respond to you, what you attract to you and raises or lowers your chances of success.  Happiness is a choice and there are many things you can do to create more of it in your life.

Success starts with you, your happiness, your passion, your purpose, your love, your unique expression of yourself and expands out into your world. You are responsible for cultivating those expressions, attitudes and habits.

Tell your brain what you want it to believe and that it is true, until it gets it!

We will only do what we know (subconscious mind).
We are controlled by our programmed subconscious mind.

Money has nothing to do with intelligence.
It has to do with your money and self worth beliefs.

Your thoughts are your seeds of potential.

The mind only focuses on one thing at a time.

You can’t take out more than you put in. If you want more give it away!

Your subconscious mind and the universe are soooo much more powerful than your conscious mind.
Get Clear what you want, so you can reprogram your subconscious mind and manifest what you really desire.

Your Confidence is Directly Related to

Your Level of Motivation.

A confident person is someone who simply has the inner

knowledge that he or she can do what they desire to do.

The notion that they might not succeed isn’t even an issue

because they know their self-worth isn’t measured by

Did you know that you can change the energy of your environment by imaging yourself grounding the room, clearing/cleaning the energy and filling it with new energy?

Just like you can change your energy you can change the energy in your home and office.

Try this:

Picture a cord coming from each corner of the room meeting in the middle of the room and running down to the center of the earth.

Have that cord anchor in so you can’t pull it up.

Now, imagine you have a big sponge or hose and clean everywhere in the room and let all the old energy go down the grounding cord where that energy will be neutralized.

After it is cleared of the old energy welcome into the room new energy that meets your need for support. You can envision golden light or liquid flowing in and glowing and blessing the room. Or choose any other colors you want to fill the room to raise it’s energy and help you to feel comfortable and supported in your environment.

If you want to go further: Color the walls, decorate the room and fill it with all that you love.

You can do this to all rooms in your home, office, car, land….use your imagination!
